About Project
We loved designing and building this project. It has the perfect combination of all three outdoor spaces: patio, deck and sun room. The goal was to convert the screening porch into a sun room, add a flying deck and fence the patio. The challenge was to resolve the spaces around the building without taking too much from the backyard, while maintaining the living flow of the home. Sun rooms are perfect for when you want the living space to be used year round.
